We are the Jackson Family. We consist of Awesome Daddy (aka Conrad), Me (aka Mummy) and our 2 daughters: Ellysia (aged 9) and Liliana (aged 7).

After much deliberation about whether we could do without our local dentist/optometrist (not really, just my freaked out insecurities), and whether this was the right thing to do for our family... we finally decided to hit the road and see some of Australia.

We ordered a custom-made caravan from Supreme. This helped us to get a really practical layout for the family and accommodate Conrad’s height (he’s 6’4”). Here’s some shots of the inside. You can see the girls bunks in the back, above the washing machine. The bathroom is across the middle of the van.

Only God knows how long this adventure will be and where it will take us. Our goal is to see as much of Queensland as we can before we need to be home at Christmas. Then we’d like to head south after December to see the NSW south coast, Victoria, South Australia and across to Perth. Maybe we’ll even get to head through the red centre on the return journey... who knows!
